About Greg

Greg Gray was a founder and Broker of Lakes Area Realty, which was established in 1996, serving clients across Minnesota with expertise in single-family homes, investment properties, commercial real estate, land, and land development. He focuses on real estate listings and buyer representation throughout Minnesota and maintains a strong nationwide referral network for the transfer or purchase of second homes.

 

Greg has successfully closed over 1000 transactions. Today, he is a full-time sales agent with Lakes Area Realty of Golden Valley, working under new owner and Broker, Jeremy Rock.

 

Licensed as a broker or agent since 1984, Greg's real estate career is built on a foundation of hands-on construction knowledge. As part of the family-owned Dempsey and Gray Contracting, he helped build over 150 custom homes in the West Metro between 1982 and 2004, while also managing a remodeling division responsible for more than $25 million in projects. From three-season porches and decks to kitchens, bathrooms, and full home renovations, Greg's construction experience provides clients with an unparalleled advantage in evaluating properties and potential improvements.
